Great question! When we use the term Corporate Housing, we are referring to a residence that is fully furnished with everything that you’d expect from a typical Airbnb, but is available at typically better prices and for stays longer than 30 days.

At Onyx, we offer MANY advantages over booking through a site like Airbnb.


Just to name a few:

• Consistency: Our properties are consistent in their high quality, and we maintain this quality throughout our portfolio of properties. When you book through Airbnb, you really don’t know what to expect. If you are booking an Airbnb property for 3 months and you show up only to find that the property is subpar, there is not much you can do about it! However, our properties are professionally managed, and we have a support team fully available to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
• Amenities: Most (If not all!) of our properties offer resort-style amenities. These include: fully serviced pools, fitness centers, game rooms, dog parks, business centers, just to name a few!
• Billing/Payment: We will work WITH you to tailor make a payment plan that works for you! This can include direct billing to you or your company, via Credit/Debit Card, ACH, Zelle, Bank Wire, etc.
• Transparency: No hidden booking fees! The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
These are only some of the advantages of booking through us rather than Airbnb.

Yes! We welcome pets in the vast majority of our properties. In some cases, we may have breed/weight restrictions, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional pet deposit/fees may apply.

We don’t cap the length of stays currently. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any specific questions.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after check-in, or for no-shows.
• In the event of an early departure, we will make every effort to re-lease the property for the remainder of your dates. If we are unable to do so, you will be responsible for the full cost of your original reservation.

Our leasing process is simple & straightforward.
1. Application: Contact us receive an online application form for the property that you are interested in leasing. This application should take no longer than 3 minutes. In most cases, we receive results back almost instantly. Please bear in mind that there is a $30 application fee per adult applicant. This fee is for the cost that we incur when running a background screening. We screen each and every adult applicant. This is for YOUR safety, as well as the safety of our communities. In some cases (longer term stays, etc.), we may conduct a credit screening as well.
2. Approval: Once your screening report is generated, we will contact you to notify you that your application process is complete.
3. Security Deposit: We require a $1,000 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit for each booking. Your booking is not confirmed/reserved until we have received this deposit. The deposit is held by us until the inspection of your property upon the expiration of your reservation.
4. Move-In: We will coordinate a smooth and painless move-in process.
5. Monthly Charges: We will send an invoice with your monthly charges via email. There will be a $250 cleaning fee included with the last months invoice.
6. Move-Out: Upon the expiration of your stay, we will conduct an inspection of the property, and return your security deposit within 5 business days of inspection.
